Noa Restoran

Fire Dinner

september 10, 2017, 3:00p.l. - september 10, 2017, 12:00p.l.

Fire Dinner feat. Elizabeth Haigh (UK), Neil Rankin (UK), Orm Oja (NOA Chef’s Hall) & Tõnis Siigur (NOA Chef’s Hall / Siigur Restaurants) SAUCE forum pre-event will take place this year at NOA restaurant. Two award-winning chefs and the masters of fire cooking, Elizabeth Haigh (UK) and Neil Rankin (UK), are pairing up with Estonia’s top team Orm Oja & Tõnis Siigur to cook up a fantastic meal on the beautiful shores of NOA Restaurant. The audience will have the opportunity to sample their fire inspired menu along with special drinks and entertainment. Elizabeth Haigh received a Michelin star at East London’s Pidgin restaurant at age of 28, making her one of the youngest women to have won the award. Born in Singapore and raised in Maidenhead UK, Elizabeth’s food combines her mother’s Asian heritage with her British upbringing. Furthermore, she has a strong interest in butchery with an expertise in cooking with fire and over coals. Neil Rankin began his career as a chef in fine-dining kitchens under Michael Wignall and Nuno Mendes, and at Rhodes 24, and The French Table. He went on to work at Barbecoa, the restaurant which saw Jamie Oliver team up with Adam Perry Lang, where his love for charcoal cooking began. He was formerly Head Chef at Pitt Cue and Exec Chef for Noble Inns, where Neil launched the Smokehouse restaurants. Sunday 10th September at 4pm. Doors open at 3pm. NOA Restaurant, Ranna tee 3, 12111 Tallinn 65 EUR (incl. 6-course meal & welcome drink) Free seating so come and grab your table early. Musical entertainment throughout the event by DJ Sander Mölder. Tickets can only be purchased via Piletilevi.
